DIG Personnel and Training Solutions Pty Ltd (DIG PTS), will in the course of conducting its business collect your information for the purpose of assessing any application for employment. All reasonable steps are taken to protect the information that is requested and provided by you. We strictly adhere to our obligations administered by the Privacy Act 1998 and all Australian Privacy Principles.

DIG PTS from time to time may request additional information required for specific employment positions and locations. This could include, National Police Check (NPC), Working with Children Check (WWCC), Australian Work Rights, additional medical information and other personal identification information.

When registering with DIG Personnel and Training Solutions (DIG PTS) for employment opportunities, you will receive our onboarding link that requires you to complete all requested information and includes uploading evidence for licences, tickets and other questions you provide a ‘yes’ response to. The onboarding document also requires you to complete a medical questionnaire and pay pack that includes your personal details such as, Bank Details, Superannuation Fund Details and Taxation Declaration.

DIG PTS may use your personal information for employment to demonstrate your experience, skills and ability or support other requirements necessary to meet our client’s needs. Other information may also be provided or used in case of emergency, welfare checks and as a duty of care.

DIG Personnel and Training Solutions Pty Ltd will not use or disclose any personal information other than for the purpose for which it was collected except when required to do so by law.

DIG PTS employees are encouraged to keep their personal information up to date and correct at all times and employees will receive reminders and alerts for any recorded information that has expiry dates applied. Employees should contact the DIG PTS Office or their Recruitment Consultant with any changes to their personal information. The Australian Privacy Principles require certain information to only be provided electronically.
