At DIG Personnel & Training Solutions, we deliver comprehensive, community-focused workforce development programs across South Australia.

Through purpose-built training facilities and strategic partnerships, we offer tailored training for up to 40 students at a time—supported by experienced trainers, assessors, and mentors. Our programs are designed to produce job ready candidates with industry-specific skills, both locally and in regional hubs. We maintain strong relationships with Traditional Owner groups and Aboriginal communities, facilitating introductions and coordinating expression of interest campaigns to engage local residents and Aboriginal businesses. Our team is also equipped to host project briefings that help identify local workforce skills and align training with upcoming opportunities.
